Treat area
120.6 m²
Chemical volume
603 L
Floor area
108.0 m²
Budget
14,472 NPR

How this works

floor = L × W
trench ≈ perimeter × trench width
treat area = floor + trench
chemical L = treat × L/m²

Worked example

10 × 8 m plan with 0.3 m trench strip → 80 m² floor + ~10.8 m² trench ≈ 90.8 m² treat area.

FAQ

When is anti-termite treatment done?

Pre-construction treatment is typically applied at foundation / plinth stage before backfill and slab, following the applicator’s method.

Why add a trench strip?

Many methods treat soil under the floor and along the perimeter. The trench width approximates the perimeter treat band.

Is the litre rate fixed?

No. Dilution and application rates come from the product label and licensed pest-control firm — enter their L/m².

Does this guarantee no termites?

No calculator can. Treatment quality, product, soil, and building detailing all matter; use warranties from the applicator.

Should basements be included?

Yes if treated. Add extra perimeter or run a second estimate for basement plan dimensions.
